Welcome to SOPHIFASHION LLC!

1. DEFINITIONS

SOPHIFASHION: Online Store developed by SOPHIFASHION LLC designed to market beauty products.

CUSTOMER: Natural or legal person who can purchase the goods offered by SOPHIFASHION.

2. USE OF THE ONLINE STORE:

Through SOPHIFASHION, the CUSTOMER can purchase beauty products.

3. ACCEPTANCE AND REGISTRATION

The CUSTOMER must accept these Terms and Conditions to receive the purchased goods. Registration with SOPHIFASHION is not mandatory. If you register, please provide the requested information.

4. RULES OF USE

SOPHIFASHION will only be used for the purposes for which it is intended.

PLEASE Read the “Privacy Policy” section.

SOPHIFASHION will be available twenty-four (24) hours a day throughout the year, except at times notified by its Administration due to technical interruptions, maintenance and government measures.

5. PAYMENT CONDITIONS.

Using the Online Payment option with a debit or credit card processed by Stripe.

END CUSTOMERS will make payment to SOPHIFASHION for the purchased goods.

6. PRIVACY POLICY

SOPHIFASHION undertakes not to share with third parties, modify, or use for other purposes the information provided by the CUSTOMER in their registration.

7. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Requests for returns and refunds of products purchased in our Store must be made within 24 hours of delivery of your order. SOPHIFASHION assumes the cost of shipping returns.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

* If the product is used for another purpose for which it is not manufactured.

* If the product has packaging, it must be delivered with the packaging undamaged.

8. WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

SOPHIFASHION offers a product warranty.

SOPHIFASHION will not be liable for failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions due to force majeure or fortuitous events, understood as such extraordinary, unforeseeable events, or those that, being foreseeable, are unavoidable and that, beyond the will or action of these, or derived from a natural event, arise after the acceptance and registration of the CUSTOMER.

9. COMMUNICATION AND NOTIFICATIONS

All communications and notifications will be exchanged by defined emails, social networks, telephone call, SMS messaging. In the case of the CUSTOMER, it will be understood that it is the email, telephone number declared at the time of registration in SOPHIFASHION. 10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Parties recognize and respect the intellectual property rights, the ownership and legitimate possession of which correspond to each of them.

11. TERMINATION

These Terms and Conditions may be terminated for any of the reasons provided for by law for the termination of contracts.

SOPHIFASHION may unilaterally cancel the services to the CLIENT in the event of non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

12. ENTRY INTO FORCE AND MODIFICATIONS

These Terms and Conditions will enter into force upon their publication and availability to the CLIENT for acceptance. SOPHIFASHION will modify and adapt these Terms and Conditions to the updates it has, of which it must inform the CLIENT in advance for the appropriate purposes. Continued use after the entry into force of each new version implies acceptance of the new conditions by the CLIENT.

The CUSTOMER accepts:

Confirmation of reading the sections “Privacy Policy, Guarantee” which are for information.

The maximum shipping time is 10 days.

SOPHIFASHION undertakes to:

Guarantee the operation of the Platform for twenty-four (24) hours every day of the year.

Immediately notify the CUSTOMER in the event of interruptions in the Online Store and take the measures required to restore the service.

Execute all services in accordance with the norms, codes and standards established in its Quality Management System.

Comply with the legal provisions, procedures and technical standards that are applicable to the services covered by these Terms and Conditions.
